I was on the rig sovereign explorer in the mid '80s in Green canyon about 4,000 ft of water. Saw a whale shark out there. The crew was from the North Sea. It was pretty awesome. First rig I had ever been on had an actual chef and a library. One of the worst rigs I had ever been on was a round leg jacked up for diamond shamrock. It was a pure rust bucket. Everyone walking around in ball caps smoking cigarettes, you could see somebody taking a shite from the dinner table. Eight guys to the room. Hard to get good sleep. The old days

I told you all it's just a waste of time. And here we are. Didn't even last a day
You bomb the shite out of them, and you totally take control or you don't do shite to begin with
No, just being a realist. I wish you would have bombed the bridges and power plants. I wish we do what we got to do or get out of there in the first place.
Haven't you all learned anything? I ran will agree to do what we want them to and then they won't do it. It's the same thing that Putin does. We have seen Putin do it time and time again and now we will see I ran do it. This is a waste of time. We need to shite or get off the pot

This is just what Putin does

All these negotiations are just a waste of time. Iran is doing just like what Putin does with Trump. They'll tell him whatever he wants to hear and then they don't do it and then we're back where we started.

Iran's 10 point peace plan.

This does not seem like a win.

IRAN'S 10-POINT PEACE PLAN
1. Commitment to non-aggression

2. Iran's control over the Strait of Hormuz

3. Acceptance of Iran's uranium enrichment

4. Lifting of all primary sanctions

5. Lifting of all secondary sanctions

6. Termination of all UN Security Council resolutions

7. Termination of all Board of Governors resolutions

8. Paying compensation to Iran

9. Withdrawal of US combat forces from the region

10. Cessation of war on all fronts, including in Lebanon

Thank you so much for this in-depth explanation!! And for the frozen shoulder, yes the doctor's eyes almost popped out of his head whenever I raised my arms above my head. He said praise Jesus and this is amazing. Again thank you for the explanation

Salmon ,ronricks-- Ty for y'all's serious replies much appreciated. I have had two slightly serious medical issues since I went carnivore. The last being a severe frozen shoulder. After six weeks of treatment, the doctor said he was amazed at the recovery that has been made so far. I attribute a lot of this to the carnivore diet. There is still much about this diet that needs to be studied and researched.

Which is fine, most people aren't competing when they run. For those who actually do races to try to win, carnivore is silly

Other Athletes: Several runners in the endurance community have reported that a strict carnivore diet led to improved mental clarity, reduced inflammation, and better fat adaptation, resulting in higher weekly mileage without injuries, as noted in anecdotal reports.

Why not just fuel your running with carbs and maintain carnivore outside of that window?

I would like to do that, but anytime before that I tried it usually takes my body 2 weeks after that to go back into full ketosis. I am currently trying to get my time running better. I've kind of put my own self in this situation. I lost all the weight on carnivore and it really works on keeping the weight off easily for me. But also at 56 once the weight left, I decided to get back into running again. I love to run competitively. But it seems to be much harder on carnivore to get my time down. I was hoping someone had some sort of answer or way to do it while on carnivore. I know probably not, but I was hoping. Thanks for all y'all's answers.

Yes I do understand that. I have lost 75 lb on the carnivore diet. Have been on it now for 7 months. I was talking like when some people before a race will carb load. So I was wondering what people on the carnivore diet do before a race instead of carb load. And have also read that carnivore is sometimes good for longer runs but not on fast runs like 5Ks and such. I was wondering what runners out there opinion were. Thank you

What do you fuel long runs with? How does it effect you getting better at your pace?
I think the colors black purple and gold will go well for us
