Ed Orgeron and the LSU coaching staff received some great news on Monday morning when four-star 2020 defensive tackle Jaquelin Roy pledged his commitment to the Tigers.
Roy, a 6-4, 310-pound prospect from University Lab High School in Baton Rouge, chose the Tigers over offers from Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Auburn, Texas A&M, Florida State, and others.
The Tigers now have four verbal commitments for the class of 2020 with the addition of Roy.
