Former LSU commit Nadab Joseph from Miami, FL announced Tuesday night that he has committed to Alabama.

The 6-3, 180-pound safety from Miami Norland HS is rated the No. 10 safety in the country and the No. 20 overall player from the state of Florida for the class of 2018, according to Rivals.

Joseph gave his verbal commitment to LSU in June of 2016 when Les Miles was still the head coach and reopened his recruitment this past August.

Who cares. Dime a dozen. Skill players grow on trees. The focus is on the trenches. Load up on the hogs. 2ndary depth is not an issue

Good!!! Makes more room in this recruiting class for positions that have more immediate needs. With this new 25 recruit cap rule, recruiting has changed considerably. We will have to be more selective. Things have a way of working out. Good Luck Mr. Joseph. I think the LSU vs Alabama worm is about to turn and starting favoring LSU more and more. Geaux Tigers!!!

Absolutely right. And Saban knows it’s no longer a cake walk. He will actually have to game plan for the Tigers and not just play the same base defense every down like when Cameron was calling plays(with help from Miles.)

The 25 recruit cap has been going on for nearly a decade though.

Best of luck to the kid. Sees a chance to play sooner at Bama. Plus playing for a title every year is tempting.

We getting Cook, Joseph, and Surtain anyway so I'm not concerned about this at all.

We won't be needy at safety anytime soon. Nab will get quicker playing time at Bama, not here with Delpit, Monroe, Harris, Stevens......
