Taxes separately.

Divorse: Since they both own the home. They both own the home. One can buy out the other. If not then they sale the home and split the money. No different than if two individuals buy a home together today.

Court system we have today can handle the kids if their is a dispute. Same as with unmarried couples that have kids today.

Who gets what? Whichever person own it gets it.
