Elite five-star tight end Ahmad Hudson has revealed his top six schools, which include LSU.

His top schools are LSU, Texas A&M, Miami, Nebraska, USC, and Missouri.

Hudson, a 6-7, 239-pound prospect from Ruston, La, is rated the No. 1 tight end in the country and the No. 9 overall player for the class of 2027, according to 247Sports.

Hudson originally received his offer from LSU in 2023, heading into his freshman season. The offer was given out by JR Belton, who at the time was LSU's Director of Recruiting. Belton was just recently promoted to Assistant General Manager by Lane Kiffin in January.

As long as he'd play football they'd prolly let him play basketball too if that'd mean we could get him here.

I've been watching his basketball highlights all season. Dude is a beast. I didn't realize until now he was a football player.

He is the son of former LSU basketball player (2002-2005) Antonio Hudson.

Do you seriously believe these lists with all these schools really mean something? Don’t fall for it.

While I expect him to pick LSU, some players still pick schools not with the best win-loss record, but the relationship with the coaches. From what I read, he has a good connection with the Nebraska coaches and some of the other recruits.

In his last game against Zachary(Ruston lost), he went off for 32 pts, 24 rebounds and 7 blocks. If he was an inch or 2 taller he probably would never put a football pad on ever again

At that age, he may still continue to get taller.
