I would let one of the real estate companies manage it. They charge money obviously I think prob 15-18%. Which I get is a lot. But they take all the calls. If you manage you will be getting call when they lock themselves out. When the neighbors music is too loud. When there aren’t enough towels or the dishwasher is t working or whatever the case may be. Stuff happens and you’ll be getting all of those calls and have to deal with it all from however many hours you live from grand isle.

I’m all for renting it out too. But I just would rather pay someone to manage it personally. But if you decide to do it yourself I don’t think you can go wrong with VRBO. When I search both of those sites I find a lot of places are listed on both actually. So maybe try both.

ETA the poster above mentioned cleaning ladies. You’ll have to manage them and deal with the customers complaints on not being g clean too. At least the real estate company can send their in house cleaners out at no fee and pretty quickly. I am assuming you live hours away from grand isle. If you’re pretty close then maybe it makes more sense to try it yourself.

It was a while ago, and I don’t remember if it was Wellbutrin or something similar. But whatever it was caused me to not even come close to getting an erection. Like at all. It was totally blocked down there. I got off it next day and am pretty much scared to even try anything like that again. Have not had one issue there since then. But that scared the sh!t out of me for sure.

I have one very similar to the one on here. But it wasn’t anal, just the regular kind. And literally in the middle of it her eyes got huge and she knew what I didn’t. She had sharted. She did this while I was mid thrust no lie. And to be honest it was actually impressive how she, in one move, cleared off the whole fitted sheet and covers and used all of that to cover everything while she walked to bathroom. She cleaned herself off good and came back in a towel. And I was buck naked on a bed without sheets. Just a sitting duck. She walked in with a face as red as it gets. We had an awkward laugh and what else can you really do or say. Stuff happens. But when I look back I can for sure say I fricked the sheet out of her that day. And yes we did finish after our awkward laugh moment when she came back in.

I personally know a coach at Jeneratte high school got a 16 year old pregnant and basically forced her to have an abortion. This was back in 1999. She was smoking hot. Never got caught

Thanks everyone. Question on the blueberry cream cheese filling, is it donut type filling on the blueberry. Bc last king cake I tried it had the donut style filling mixed with cream cheese and it wasn’t good for me. Not sure I’d ever seen that before and now has me hesitant to try cream cheese with fruit filling on new to me king cakes. I am leaning towards Kellers at this point either way, just a matter of which flavor or traditional.
