Glen 'Big Baby' Davis With Popeye's And Briefcase Full Of Cash, Responds To Arrest Report

It was reported over the weekend that former LSU star Glen "Big Baby" Davis was arrested in a Baltimore suburb last month on drug possession and distribution charges. Per the New York Post:

WMAR-TV in Baltimore reported that Davis was arrested Feb. 7 at a Hampton Inn in Aberdeen.

According to court records, the hotel owner smelled marijuana coming from Davis’ room.

Aberdeen police Lt. William Reiber told WMAR that police found 126 grams of marijuana and a briefcase containing $92,000 in cash inside Davis’ room.

Davis was arrested and later indicted on seven counts of drug possession and distribution.

On Saturday, Davis issued this response to the charges on his Instagram while on a private jet, eating Popeyes chicken next to an open briefcase full of cash.

Davis, a Baton Rouge native, played at LSU from 2004–2007 and was a part of the 2006 Final Four team. He went on to play 10 years in the NBA with time spent with the Boston Celtics, Orlando Magic, and the Los Angeles Clippers.
