It’s hard seeing people being more successful than you, happier than you, looking the way you want to look. My anxiety spirals when I start comparing myself to other people. Here’s what I do when I’m feeling anxious
1. Start my day with the @medterracbd tincture. I honestly can’t go without it or else my anxiety is out of control. Ask me any questions about it in the comments below!
2. Take a second to stop and just breathe! When I’m anxious I start to speed up and my mind races so stopping and resetting really helps.
3. This one is silly but when my confidence is down I take a little extra time on myself. Put your favorite outfit on and maybe take a selfie or two...It’s okay to hype yourself up!
