Here's Conor McGregor Sparring With A Professional Boxer
Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports
A former boxer named Chris van Heerden has released this footage of himself sparring with Conor McGregor in 2016...

Who knows where McGregor is in his training currently, but what do you think? You think he's got a shot against Floyd Mayweather in August?

If the fight can go to a decision, I don't think Mcgregor has any chance in hell of winning. Mayweather will throw his normal 10 punches a round and run the rest of the time and take it to the cards.

The only shot he has is one lucky punch. Fight won't make it out of the 2nd round or more likely the first. The real question is will his bank be able to handle the large deposit he will be making from this ruse.

You didn't see how defensive Mayweather fought in the Pacquiao fight did you? Not saying McGregor is going to win, but he will last more than two rounds. He's what? Like 12 or 13 years younger than Mayweather?

I haven't heard anyone say Mayweather will have his hands full landing punches against McGregor. It's the exact opposite.

Floyd will win without breaking a sweat. If this was an MMA fight, it'd be more interesting.

Nah, it would be just as lopsided the other way.

If it were an MMA fight, it wouldn't even be close, much less more interesting. On the other hand, I agree, McGregor has no shot at beating Floyd in a boxing match.

This footage is really old btw... I don't know why this keeps getting recycled.

it's a little over a year old so it's not that old really and it shows how far he has to go to be even a decent boxer.

I agree. McGregor won't touch Mayweather but he's a much better boxer than people realize. This is all a money grab but McGregor outboxed Nate Diaz bad and Diaz spares on a weekly basis with Andre Ward.

I'd fight either of these guys for way less than 100m......with no training.

McGregor will be way outclassed as a boxer it's not even funny. But anyone can fall from a good punch on the chin so he can get lucky if he lands a good one. So either McGregor lands a lucky one and knocks out Floyd or Floyd dances his way to another victory. No way in hell McGregor wins a decision.

Puncher's chance. McGregor has power and Floyd hasn't fought in two years. I'll watch it.
