Well made?

I have had my Titan for 4 years with zero issues. I use it one to two days per week. Pad is still firm. Bar is solid with no rotation.
once it hits 30 min my patience has run out. I usually will leave. I changed doctors over it. New doc... 15 to 20 min at the latest.

isn’t the thought that cold exposure produces brown adipose (fat) tissue which would thus burn fat more rapidly?

well.... there are studies and I don't think it's conclusive. I believe there is a difference in some of the studies because of how they administer cold exposure. Water submersion should have a more pronounced effect for the same exposure time vs. cold "air". I think it does help with metabolic function for some people but to suggest someone is going to get ripped due to cold therapy...lol. I don't think so.

The other thing is post cold exposure.... what do you do when you get out of your cold tub? do you take a hot shower? or do you just dry off and let your body warm you. You will get a different stimulus. There are a lot of variables, just like most things

I do hot cold contrast therapy. IF Sauna 20 min...cold (45 degrees) 4 min for two rds. I can only say what it's done for me. One man study.

Haven't had a cold, sinus infection,... anything for the two years I have been doing it. I usually do this protocol 3 to 4 times per week.

It does help with soreness and typical inflammatory pain involving post heavy lifting sessions for me. I don't do the protocol for at least 4 hrs after a work out.

I have my own set up so it's easy access but it does suck getting in that tub.

Not saying what others will benefit from it but for me.... its been awesome. Do what works for you.

These people complaining about being dropped are ridiculous. They likely had tons of other options

Each state has an insurance department... they can dictate what rate increases are allowed or not allowed.

So imagine an insurance department that says you can't raise rates in our state to cover your losses. Then this insurance department also says, that we don't care if you lose money because you make money in other states.

What if this same state refuses to take measures to reduce the wildfire risks that they won't let you increase insurance premiums on and just expect you to lose money.

A lot of companies have left California... some companies have reduced exposure in the highest risk areas due to policy in the state.

This is not to say "poor insurance companies"... they do what they do... they state does what they do. Both have consequences.

So much more that goes on than we know or read about in the main stream media.
I would look at the financial stability of the company along with any "exclusions" they put in their policies. Suicide should be the only thing they exclude in my opinion.

State Farm, New York Life, NorthWestern Mutual... good solid companies that are financially sound. Probably not the least expensive though... but do u really want a cheap life insurance company?

This can't be true because Bama would never tamper with players...

I think you just made it buddy

actually the point is you have a biased agenda or you are just a dumb @ss if you think the program is the same as when he took over.

Trust me, I am not a BK apologist.... he has not "won" me over but his ability to run a successful program is light years better than CEO (and I am appreciative for the Natty Ed helped LSU win).

Do you think Brian Kelly will ever have the NIL money to land a top 5 class?

Fixed the subject line for u..

There is no way a 3450 sq ft house can be rebuilt to new for under $600k. I knew something had to be wrong when I saw those numbers. It would cost you at least $200 per sq ft to rebuild your current house. Rebuild prices are typically higher than starting from scratch due to the demo involved.

This guy is correct... in the Houston market, $200 is a more probable starting point.

Yes- was told all the insurers are doing the roofing payment schedule

They are wrong... I might be able to help you. If you have an email address I can reach out if you are interested.

Do you see "roofing materials payment schedule"... what that typically means is they don't pay full replacement value on roof. They "depreciate" it on a schedule. So with a % deductible and a payment schedule... don't expect any roof coverage unless you have other damage. This looks like a watered down policy.

I assume you are in Houston.... tough market for home rates.

Your cost is based on your liability risk and coverage... if you are paying that much for $1M then I would assume you have a ton of risk... (maybe youthful drivers, accidents, recreational vehicles, boats, rent homes, etc etc).

Also, your state has something to do with it as well. Umbrella's in Louisiana are gonna cost more for the same client than... let's say Texas. Louisiana courts love to award them some liability settlements.

This is another huge reason I automatically dismiss idiots like Moscona. He’s got Pruitt on his list from a “source” yet this show cause is public information

and this is why I dismiss posters like you.... making up $h!t and talking out your @ss!

I'll take my ban bet

Well, most likely you were fed some bad info on purpose... not your fault. However, the arrogance that you had regarding that info... that's on you.

Just remember last year a lot of these people wanted Denbrock fired and JD benched. Said Denbrock sucked and couldn't coach in the SEC. And those same people were concerned House would get hired away after 2022.

:rotflmao:

this is so true..... funny how players improving and players leaving changes the narrative.
