Does Kirby forgive Silverfield?

Last September, the arrogant, contemptible, slow-witted, Memphis coach, Ryan Silverfield, made the following comments on his coaches show:
"Generally, on a Sunday afternoon when we meet with the team, we do two things: We always start off with not our standard — always start out with a negative. The not our standard is, 'Georgia wide receiver arrested for driving 900 miles per hour over the speed limit.' That's a weekly occurrence. So, that's one we'll show."
Kirby has said it’s ‘much ado about nothing’ and ‘over and done with for me’. Having said that, Kirby can also name the score Saturday. Even with deep bench players from the 2nd quarter on. What does he do?
There is no way we score, so I’ll say 63-0. That would be gracious for me.

Why is that statement being made into such a big deal? It’s not.

Kirby just wins big.
Nothing Silverfield has said impacts this game.
It's going to be a very long day for Silverfield.
If Arkansas had come out this season looking good, this might be a story.
GA doesn't need motivation. 3 deeps could start and over talent AR.
The GA team could coach themselves and out coach Silverfield

Kirby won't be thinking about that IMO. And I don't think he would try to run up the score because of it, even if he could. He'll be busy trying to keep his young team focused on doing their jobs every play.

Schools aside, it’s just not a good idea to take direct shots at any coach or team in such a small fishbowl with so much coverage.

If you're asking that question in this place... the answer is simple, and it's because they make the biggest deal out of everything.

Kirby has shown in the past that he'll run things up against people he truly dislikes personally, but offhanded lame joke aside Idk if he really has any animosity towards silverfield. Certainly not for arkansas as a whole.
So no I don't think he'll intentionally run things up because of that.

I have no beef with Ark. fans and hate to say this because it's mean but honestly I don't think Kirby really gives a hoot about a guy who'll probably finish 2-10 and be fired in a few years.
Load management has been on his mind a lot more in recent years. We've lost some of our best players at the end of long, grueling seasons these last few years. The depth just ain't what it used to be

Kirby was asked about it a press conference, and it’s come up on several forums.
It’s apparently only a big deal to the people not directly involved.

Pretty sure Kirby could not possibly care any less.
