Texas QB Arch Manning got paid to lend his support to the upcoming EA Sports College Football 25 video game. According to Pete Nakos of On3 Sports, he was given between $50,000 and $60,000 to promote the game, along with $600 and a copy of the game in exchange for lending his name, image and likeness to the development of the game...

Love when these companies light money on fire. As if paying Arch- $50k - $60k- is going to move the needle to get more people to buy the game. We were already buying it. So they think paying him that money will entice 500-600 more people to buy it- the amount needed to break even on what they paid him? Lol. Morons

So all the other guys who have made positive and major contributions on the field only get 600 and the game, but a backup QB that has done nothing but a have a famous last name gets 60k and a commercial. When you tell me this kid isn't doing this and that for money, you can miss me with that. Same way about him making money at Texas. The Manning's are trying to keep everything so hush hush and are doing anything to make sure his image is pristine. Kid aint no different from Ewers who left Texas to collect a million dollar check from an Ohio St booster, then went back home after a year.
