re: What's up with Community Coffee's Inflated Prices?

I thought they sourced their product in the US
While the vast majority of coffee consumed in the US is imported, Hawaii and California are the only two states where coffee is grown commercially. Hawaii, particularly the Kona district on the Big Island, is renowned for its Kona coffee, known for its smooth, sweet, and rich flavor. California also has smaller-scale coffee farms, mainly in the south, where some experimental coffee production is underway.
We produce enough coffee in the US to supply maybe my office and my house.

Why would they forget to tell the umpire she is re entering the game?
This is why:

To cease or fail to remember; be unable to recall: to forget someone's name. to omit or neglect unintentionally: I forgot to shut the window before leaving.
re: Three-car accident after driver stops on interstate almost missing their exit.
Posted by Supermoto Tiger on 5/2/25 at 11:27 am
I had that happen to me.
A girl and her mom pulled out of the Chevy dealership in a brand new car. They were driving in the right hand lane and as they approached the interstate, realized they need to get in the left lane to get to the on ramp.
The young driver jumps to the left lane, hit the brakes and almost came to a complete stop. Problem was I was in the left lane driving 70 mph and after skidding 150 ft, I rear ended her and totaled both of our vehicles.
It's a miracle that no one died. I got 60 stitches in my head and I was the only person injured.

I can provide you with a ticket to the LSU/ Florida game. I am also looking for a game day photo taken from my seat. My goal is to capture the perspective view of the stadium from my seat for a 9’x 12’ wall muriel. I can get your 680 mm in the stadium. I also have an example of what I’m to attempt to duplicate.
My seats are 13 rows up from the field in the corner of the NEZ
Do you have an email address where we can discuss this in more detail?

At 15, I got my driver's license. I was in my early 20's before I ever fricked in a bed.

Years ago, I had back stage passes for Al Jarreau at the Saenger. After the show, we all had rooms at the Hyatt and had drinks and hung out with the band until late that night.
The next day I was headed home and as I got off the interstate in Hammond,
I noticed the cops had pulled over the band's tour bus. I walked up to the bus and saw George Hawkins, the bass player for Al Jarreau (and Kenny Loggins), standing outside the bus. He was telling me that the cop and their driver were 'getting into it" and the driver was about to get arrested. I approached the officer and got him to waive everything. He agreed to do so and minutes later the band was back on the road.

sounds like that is what your Realtor is trying to do
The closing attorney at the Title company will ask you IF you want to purchase title insurance. Your Realtor is informing you of what to expect at the closing table
