That's ADM McCraven in the uniform. And, yes, he has accomplished a lot of things to be proud of, as has Bob Caslen. Stealing other people's stuff and ideas for processes, products, and messages is an an Army tradition. Just doesn't play so well in academia. It was dumb to not ack McCraven I the speech.
