People that follow the sport have definitely heard his name and could easily pick him out of a crowd. If someone that doesn't watch basketball doesn't know who Michael Jordan is ... doesn't mean he's not a star.

The game was in Denver. The people throwing the trash were most likely Mexican Americans. This is pretty typical behavior for Mexico’s fans.
