Anyone that saw them play in HS would never say Larry is an upgrade from Jada. If they played in the same team Jada would start every time.

Jadas issue seem to be between the ears though. Playing hard only part of the time. We lacked toughness and leadership last year. If she can bring that, she could be an asset

All LIV players should have to take a percentage of their LIV earnings, and pay it to the PGA. The PGA should then divvy that up amongst the players who remained with the PGA.

Probably even force them to qualify through Q school again.

Why?
Because the PGA tour will again have a monopoly? How American. How dare someone make a decision in their own self interest.

This is definitely one of the larger concerns. How are you going to recruit top teachers that cannot transfer their retirement?

Why would they not be able to transfer it? Is STG except from TRSL?

They sold the land for a profit but Redemptorist went from a 3-4A enrollment to a 1A enrollment because of the difference made by Zachary and Central.

I mean you’re just putting the cart before the horse.

There is a particular reason redemptorist closed and Zachary and central (and ultimately STG) school districts came to be.

It is all the same reason.
I don’t care if st George’s plan is written on the back of a blue bayou flyer.

Whatever it is, I 100% believe it’s better than whatever atrocious bull is coming from the EBR school board and their cronies and lackeys.

If you don’t want to have your kid in a St. George school then do what people have been doing for 50 years and move to the system you want.

This is all a bunch of whining from people who happen to live in St. George but their kids get to go to Mayfair or BRH.
They very people pacified to vote against STG because they were the few that got the best of both worlds while everyone else footed the bill.

Roosters coming home to roost and all. Oh well. Yes to Am 2.

Ask Redemptorist about that. Oh wait, they shut down because the northern end of the parish no longer needed a Catholic school due to the new systems.

That’s why Redemptorist closed?
You sure about that?
Chloe famously hit that half court shot to beat Walker in the semis her senior year.

The best way I know to sum it up is this: BOB is the story of a particular group of men at war. The Pacific is the story of a war in itself.

BOB is based on the book of the same name by Ambrose. He specifically wanted to tell the story of Easy. He had gone to a reunion with some of them in like 1985 or something and really wanted to tell their story and how strong their camaraderie was.

The Pacific is based on two first hand memoirs. With the Old Breed by Bob Leckie and Helmet for my Pillow by Eugene Sledge. (they also tell the story of Basilone, but it is from other sources) But this is why it feels more raw and hopeless and brutally chaotic. It's told directly from these men's perspective who were psychologically damaged from what happened. Those two books are brutal to read.

But that's why the Pacific feels the way it does. it's much more visceral.

My favorite interesting sidenote, Eugene Roe came home, started a construction company off of Choctaw right here in BR and ran it for 40 years practically unknown for what he gave to our country. he died before the show came out.

Purported security footage of said gambler the day before with weird old man.
Derek Jeter’s birthday is June 26.
I mean it's a little more than "I'm mad they didn't pick a guy who can contribute now." Right? It's more like, "you didn't get a guy who can contribute now AND you drafted frickING Ty Simpson."

Ty Simpson might not even be on the team in three-four years when Stafford is done.

There was only one QB in this draft worthy of a move like that and it was Mendoza.
Naivety of those on this thread is astounding.

Get it thru your head. It’s not pay to play guys. It’s not. It’s not. It’s ….not. It’s……………not. It’s…………………………
I’m not saying he’s a lock. But Mendoza is closer to Burrow out of college than McCarthy.

Literally everyone in the world except for the Vikings front office knew what was gonna happen with JJ. JJ might actually be retarded.

I think Mendoza has all the parts there to be a very good QB for many years.
as person who is completely in favor of term limits......

he sounds perfect
What are talking about? MK was complete MIA in the second half against Carolina. If it wasn't for Flaujae we wouldn't have been in the game at all. BTW, this was the game I thought Bella earned more playing time. But, c'est la vie.
I didn't ask for a vlog post of a foundation that looks suspiciously like an NGO.

I asked for one scholarship example in the state of Louisiana that fits what you are saying.

I don't think there are any.

But yes there are scholarships you have to repay if you don't maintain performance.

I don't believe you. Name one.

Specifically one in La.

I don’t disagree with the sentiment.

But all of those people, including the players, asked for this when they demanded to be paid.

Sometimes when you ask for the bull you get the horns. That’s why you get paid.

Jay Johnson makes 10 times per year what skip made in his best year.

We are paying him almost the same salary TV is getting in SF.

If people don’t want to hear criticism they need to go work for or be a fan of SLU.

talking heads

The only talking heads talking about college baseball are the radio ones in Baton Rouge.
If they didn’t talk about it no one would. Nobody ever wins it all every year. People need to chill the F out.
This team isn’t a title contender.
Okay. We have won the last 2 of 3. It’s okay. Take a deep breath.
Those people have 1000 times less influence then the foreign nationals spending 100s of millions of dollars to fund protests, rallies, and outright riots and disturbances across America every day.

Where's that New Yorker article? That would be an actual story. Soros, Arabella, etc.......How actual dangerous people have infiltrated and directed the Democrat Party?

Anyway, these days Smith does not offer anything more than Knox or ZJohnson and probably a lot less. She’d be sitting the bench here.

Eehh. Sa’mya is a significant upgrade in rim protection over both of those.
But I doubt Kim is open for a return.
