and even that won't work, because the guns are already out there and even if the govt took them (in violation of the 2nd Amendment) they wouldn't get them all, and then only the criminals would have them. Sounds like a great solution.

it doesn't upset you when athletes insert their own political views into an entertainment event??? It's an abuse of their fame/visibility. If they want to protest or be an activist, that's fine -- just do it on their own time.
