This is what you get when you put in too many seats

Every SEC school pretty much should downsize their stadium some. Less supply and a good product essentially becomes more demand.

Truth. After our last expansion I think everyone realized that we will never expand TS again.

We need to drop down to about 90,000. Make all seating chairback. No one wants to pay $70 for an upper deck nose bleed bench seat, wait in line 50 minutes for concessions and then it take 2 hours to get off campus due to traffic.

Re-configure the upper decks into a box seat type setting and let small businesses and Organizations rent them out for games. Hell let them even have a banner advertising themselves.

Some stadiums are too big… plus ticket prices plus if you stay home you can watch 30 games a day

Ticket prices were reasonable at one time. then coaches salaries exploded and facilities were turned into castles. The cost was then passed on to the average fan who couldn't or wouldn't pay what they considered to be too much. Now everybody has 100K seats with no average Joes in the seats anymore and empty seats everywhere. A football stadium doesn't need to be more that 75K. It creates a demand then. The Big House can go to hell.

While most teams are cutting out seats, Mississippi State is adding empty ones.

I’d go deer hunting too if Mizzou Just kidding At LSU hunting def takes some fans away. So do day and especially morning times during the fall in the South.
Finally and hats off to them but Tenn and Kentucky are having GREATseasons after sucking for years
