Vanderbilt backup QB Mo Hasan pranked by his frat-boy friends to believe Vandy has any chance at winning a SEC game. FIFY

Seems like a shaky story on the surface, but it may be that the bad guys will try to compromise as many players as they can and lean on them later. The initial payday might sound pretty good, but if you actually took the money, the next payday could be much lower, or they start leaning on you for freebees...whatcha gonna do, call the cops? Sure can't call the NCAA.

If this is true, it would certainly put a dark cloud over the Ncaa and all. A lot of people including myself always figured that sports in general is fixed. A lot of money to be made, that's for sure.

He started for Vandy once in a win over a favored team in 2019 and threw 6 total passes in 2018. He threw a total of 17 passes in 6 game appearances over 2 years. Either the mob is retarded or he is a liar.

Yeh, it was the notorious Nashville mob boss Flabby Boobs Spiranac who made the offer he refused.

Did they want him to kneecap someone on the team who mattered?

Italian, Irish, Russian, Ukranian, Albanian, or Cuban Mafia? If true (LOL), will he seek witness protection from said party? Kid is full of detritus!

If I believe football is rigged, then I don't believe players are involved. I believe referees and the leagues, commissioner and other dignitaries could definitely be involved. If a player was involved then someone would have written a tell all book for money or would have told his story for money not just radio.

Was this guy the fg or extra point holder or something? Kind of hard to rig games as a backup QB unless it’s close and it comes down to you holding for a kick.

Wow! So that's why Vanderbilt sucks. It all makes sense now.

They must have mistaken him for the starter (if this is real). But if that is not the case. How can a backup QB fix a game.

1. Hurt the starter to become the starter
2. Signal in the wrong play
Any other ways I am not thinking of?

Just to be clear, they offered Mo Green? Was he making his bones while the other players were banging cheerleaders?

He is lying. They told him that ‘we are the Italian mafia’. That’s comical in itself.

No such thing. It is an insult to Italian/Americans perpetuated by the media and Hollywood.
