I didn't say it was. Maybe he could even win some kind of suit against them. All depends whats on those body cams. And he might not want to have what's on those cams released, depending on the level of assness he may have been portraying in those moments. That's all I'm saying.

He'd have to prove that the arrest was unlawful. The prosecutor choosing to null prosse it and it being ruled unlawful are two very different things.

He'd also have to prove actual damages. He was predicted to be a second or third round pick, and he was drafted in the third round.

What jurisdiction would a lawsuit be in, if a person sued the ACCPD? And at what court level?

That would depend upon whether the suit was filed under state or federal law.

If filed under state law, the case would be heard in Clarke County, at least as far as suing the ACCPD is concerned.

Clarke County is in the Middle District of Georgia federally, which is based in Macon, but there is a federal courthouse in Athens.
