Correct , which is why I remove those people from my social media and refuse to watch any news stations. I also try to avoid propaganda movies although anything coming out of hollywood these days is loaded with political non sense. One show I watched for years jumped the shark in 2016 and they got canceled in the house

This whole thing screams, "I need my safe space".

It screams I’m not paying my money to listen to you tell me about your political narratives. We can always discuss politics - I won’t have to lie to have that discussion like you do but I’m certainly not going to pay for it.

Pretty sure it was liberals at college looking for safe spaces though. Those oppressive whites on liberal college campuses.

I never realized how much I'd enjoy not watching sports the last couple months. It's been nice not having the baseball team disappoint me again.

I don't give a shite about what the players think. I'm conservative but would never cancel other people who liked Obama. That's childish and stupid. If they think otherwise, good for them. In the end, we're cheering for the jerseys, not the players. If the commentators start talking politics, I'll mute the TV faster than if Beth Mowins started talking.

I guess it depends on how far it goes. They can do whatever they want. I'm gone once they start requiring me to do things I don't agree with, ie kneeling, etc.

I’ve had a blast. Been at the fields almost daily with the kids hitting baseballs and staying in shape. It did suck having our seasons canceled but it’s been fun doing one on one stuff. Also been doing a ton of swimming at the house. Been great for family time.

I could not care less about UGA players’ politics. They can believe and express whatever views they want in whatever peaceful way they want.

He’s the one that changed the presidents quote to you loot , we shoot and refused to admit he was a liar after getting caught rewording a quote to fit his agenda. Typical prog

Can a conservative athlete do the same? Is that allowed? I’m also fine with it if the standard is equally applied - unfortunately that’s not the case.

Bro you get triggered over the NFL doing a PR stunt and players protesting. You really shouldn't be talking

But I'm not a liar - you wear it like a badge of pride though. Says more about you than it does me.

Got it from the auburn poster thread? No doubt there are some posters who will melt like the snowflakes they are.

Who's getting "triggered?"

There's a huge difference from simply walking away or not supporting a particular opinion you disagree with as opposed to "demanding" social justice, safe spaces, rioting or "cancelling" people.

I think the other thing this pandemic has taught me is that I don't actually care about sports as much as I thought I did.

If some athletes want to use their platform or whatever to lecture me about 'white privilege' or 'systemic racism' that's fine and I will just do other things than follow sports.

6 months ago I could have never imagined that. Now it's just daily life and I'm cool with it.

You and any snowflake that actually gives up on a team because of politics. And your boycott is nothing more then right wing virtue signaling

A certain 5 star from California has been tweeting to unfollow him if you support the President. It seems like tolerance and understanding only applies when it’s preached to conservatives.

You could argue that the same thing applies to most posters here. Y’all would support the players’ outward positions as long as they lean towards your way of thinking. But if they don’t, you’re not going to support them? That’s the same thing you make fun of liberal snowflakes for.
