Just makes it look like Georgia people view their team's players as nothing but commodities and temporary disposable things made just for your entertainment viewing and comfort.

Personally I enjoy seeing these players start off as young freshmen and work and work and do the right things and say the right things and act the right way up to the point where they have an NFL decision to make. Which is always a good decision to have.

All 4 of the junior Dawgs on offense who've declared were upstanding Dawgs during their time with us imo and all were part of the core group that brought us back and all will always be DGDs, buddy!!!!

It also makes the program look good to be putting a lot of players into the NFL. Guys up and out...new guys in and up.

It's the process.

Or, conversely, leaving early makes it look like the players never really gave a frick about the school and were just using it as a springboard.

Put another way:

That's only if they are drafted.

I’ll be honest with you....I don’t give a frick about the NFL. I do care about players while they are at Georgia BUT I do not obsess over any one individual. What I’m obsessed with is team mentality, Georgia football in general and winning a natty.

And all four played in the Sugar Bowl. That makes them more memorable that, uh, what's his name.

Too much palace intrigue going on to feel good about these guys all dropping on the same day. Especially the ones that probably won’t go very high.

They did all suit up and play in the Sugar Bowl ...and contribute. So that’s something.

I think it's sort of a bad sign that all these guys left. Is the program toxic somehow?

Something is just off, what with the lackluster effort in the bowl game and now this mass exodus. We just whiffed on Trey Sanders and Haselwood. Something feels wrong, this isn't a good sign in my opinion.

Nauta is the only one that is going to have a career in the NFL. Mecole is too short and doesn't have the length to play WR, Holyfield is just all around not NFL caliber and Ridley's hands are suspect and He's not explosive.

When you're selling blue chip players on your program as a coach it's nice to be able to show that not only can you develop talent but if you completely buy in you can possibly do it in 3 years.

I feel the exact same way. And I realize most of the top national recruits probably don't feel that way and never have. Fair enough.

But guys like Sony Michel and Nick Chubb, et al. exist. I still love Georgia and college football because it means a hell of a lot more to me than the mercenary, sterilized nature of the NFL.

If college football turns into NFL Jr. with the way it appears it is headed, then I am out. I suspect I am not alone.

Remember when, not 1, but 2 dipshits dropped balls before crossing the goal line this year in back to back weeks....so they could start pounding their chests and dancing gay jigs early ?
