We will have a hard time fielding a team Wednesday. Pathetic, honestly. These guys clearly don’t have much desire to play for UGA or Kirby.

I just saw that. I wonder y

Kids don't grow up dreaming of playing in the Sugar Bowl for good old State U anymore. They grow up with NFL dreams

Just saw a report by Jake Rowe on 247Sports that JR Reed is not playing

Bama only has 2 guys sitting out the Citrus with many more guys who'll get drafted.Auburn has zero including Derrick Brown and UF has one.
No idea if this is becoming a bad trend for us but it's starting to piss me off when I'm not seeing the same issue with other SEC schools.

Confirmed because he wasnt in a photo?
Or did Rowe not mention how he confirmed it in the story.
The last confirmation was a quote from reed saying that he was playing.

Something is not right.......

If Reed is sitting out, that makes 3 for us (Thomas, Wilson, and Reed) sitting for the draft.
Last year it was just Baker who sat out.
It’s not as big a problem as you’re making it out to be. More concerning is the number of upperclassmen who aren’t playing due to supposed academic ineligibility

Article doesn't say how, just says confirmed and then pivots to LeCounte's IG post as if that's another indication not the primary reason.

Sounds like Jake Rowe's source was Radi. That's why he didnt mention a source in the article.

Reed released a statement, said he hurt his foot in practice and doesn’t want to play on it

And Holyfield immediately took himself out after he hit the 1,000 yard mark.It was obviously the only thing he cared about
Not sure if iis a trend or not but it seems like we're getting more than our fair share of me first guys in this program.

Any reasons why? Injury, ineligible, transferring?

Injured?
Academic?
Internal issues?

Hearing rumors that Kirby Smart will declared ineligible to be part of the Sugar Bowl because he was seen in a Chevrolet ad instead of a Ford commercial.
FWIW.

Who said that?Just kinda strange that ALL those 1st draft picks on Bama's roster are playing,an obvious top 10 player for AU is playing and UF had one guy sit out.
