A) At least we are competitive

B) He needs more time

C) our school doesn't take basketball seriously/ we are not a basketball school

D) He didn't miss the shots

He hasn't recruited a long enough team. The lack of recruited shooting or ball handling is irrelevant.

I don't care enough to troll anymore.

We suck, Fox sucks, everybody knows it. There's no need for a discussion on the topic until Fox is gone.

That is true and I have zero disagreements. But it seems like it's always SOMETHING, other than the fact that we simply aren't a good team.

-we played SC in thornwell's first game back, bad break
-refs got yante in foul trouble which screwed us against uf
-clock operator fricked us against atm
-we were deflated from the atm loss and bama just got hot
-uk was coming off 2 losses so they were especially primed for us
-sc is a tough place to play on the road

every game people find silly excuses why we lost. Good teams win games anyway, and we are not good.

When things aren't working, you try something different. How about Turtle Jackson running point and moving Fraizer to the wing for some possible 3s. Try anything at at this point.

Aside from y'all just being douchebags, this team has enough talent to win just about any game they play. They have had some bad breaks, but at some point, you can only have so many bad breaks and call them as such. There is a mental thing going on with them it seems. They need to figure it out and win some down the stretch here. I don't think Fox is firable at this point. I think he does need to step up recruiting. He also needs to get their heads right.

They have stated as such they are frustrated with losing so mañy close games. That gets in one's head after a while.

You might be making that up, but maybe you have some examples to prove otherwise.

Firing fox will be a mistake, but I think our fan base is too far gone for him to be saved. Firing him is only a time bomb waiting to happen.

My observation is not based on emotion. It is based on the trend of the program, where we were, and the overall expectations of the program from the folks that make the decisions. At least based on history. I don't know him very well, nor am I emotionally attached to him.

This board is a happier place when we have bad teams. People actually hope we do poorly so we can fire coaches. It's like a train wreck and I just can't look away!
