My projected starting lineup:

QB:
RB: Zamir White
RB: Kendall Milton
WR: George Pickens
WR: Demetris Robertson
WR: Kearis Jackson
TE: Darnell Washington
OT: Broderick Jones or Xavier Truss
OG: Warren Ericson or Tate Ratledge
C: Trey Hill
OG: Ben Cleveland
OT: Jamaree Salyer

NT: Jordan Davis
DT: Travon Walker
DE: Malik Herring
OLB: Azeez Ojulari
OLB: Nolan Smith
MLB: Monty Rice
MLB: Nakobe Dean
CB: Eric Stokes
CB: Tyson Campbell
CB: DJ Daniel or Kelee Ringo
S: Richard Lecounte
S: Lewis Cine

Looks like a better defense but worse offense unfortunately.

Milton will not be starting.

Think everything else looks about right.

If Shaffer is healthy I think he will start at LG

I'd put Shaffer at LG.
Webb is our nickel DB and subbing with Stevenson.
Daniel will sub with Campbell/Stokes depending upon practice.
Truss is ahead of McClendon. But I still think McClendon is in the mix to win the job.

Yeah, you’re right about that.

Webb and/or Stevenson starting too.

Is the assumption no Clay Webb until the PowerAde issue gets resolved?

Wyatt and Travon are probably 1a-1b on the DL. Same for Nolan Smith and Jermaine Johnson at OLB.

Good lord, the overhaul of personnel on offense has been massive over the last 2 years.

Sounds like it will be a non-issue.

I didn’t include him because he hasn’t played a snap in college.

The offense might be in shambles but the defense has a real possibility of being even better than this year. That’s scary to think about.

10 to 1 it's Stevenson or Ringo in the Nickel corner spot.

I've posted this in a couple of places, but it bears repeating here, too:

With Fromm & 4 of 5 OL now gone, Kirby Smart has just been given the gift of 8 straight months of “can’t get no respect” with which to hammer the kids on campus, ahead of the 2020 season.

He played mop up duty against 2 or 3 teams this year. Would love to have him at center and push hill to guard. I like my centers a tad smaller than hill

That makes sense since Stevenson played nickel this year for us in 3rd and long.

We will be young on offense, but that is a talented group. There are 6 5 stars on that list.

Think Malcolm Mitchell in 2013-2014. Took him over a full year until he was back on the field by midseason, and even then he wasn't 100%.

I doubt it. The recovery time is so much quicker these days. #3 Rodgers for Clemson tore his ACL in March and played Wk 6 (173 days). They did a story on it. Instead of using a piece from your other knee (slowing down the recovery time) they use cadavers

My guess:

QB: Grad Transfer to be named later
RB: Zamir and James Cook
WR: Pickens, Blaylock, Robinson/ Jackson
TE: Grad transfer to be named later
LT: Condon/ Ratledge/ Salyer?
LG: Shaffer/ Ericson/ Hill
C: Hill/ Ericson
RG: Cleveland/Hill/ Ericson
RT: Salyer/ Cleveland
