Has Fox finally decided to #freeTyree?

Idk, I haven’t talked to him today. I will text him and ask....will also let him know you are wanting to know. As soon as I am informed I will post here.

Perhaps Fox has seen the light of letting Crump play through his mistakes. Crump might singlehandedly save Foxs job before the year is out.

Another lead at the half. Great chance to get another signature win. Need to come out second half with head on fire

Not sure what the hell he's been thinking up to this point honestly... If anything, Tyree playing well now should actually put the final nail in. Just baffling that he was minimized for so long.

Sorry I wasn’t able to update. Any win over that trashy fan base makes me very happy.

Exactly. The fact that is has taken him the whole season to realize that Crump needs the minutes without having to look over his shoulder for the hook after every little screwup really pisses me off.

I disagree...I really think it has finally clicked for Tyree. He is creating easy baskets for teammates and taking much more quality shots.
Before, hestruggled to find the open man, understanding how and when to attack the basket, and would jack any time he was within 25 feet. Now he actually looks to run the show and create while taking what’s being given to him. Last two games he has looked so much more relaxed and more of what we need to make a run.
Now we need turtle to attack the rim more and take better quality of shots from the perimeter.

if we win three of the next 4, we have a real chance...
i really thought i could give up tourney hopes, but once again i am drawn back in.

If we go 4-1 over the next 5 we are in. I don’t see South Carolina or LSU helping us much if we win but you’ve got two opportunities against top 50 RPI teams. I think we are a tough matchup for Tennessee. I don’t know much about A&M but I’m sure last year will weigh on the players minds.
South Carolina scares the heck out of me. We are much better than them but that game is always so freaking sloppy. Maybe we can clean it up and it rebound then plus hit a lot of shots.

Big win tonight against a good team.

Need 3 out of 4 and one in the tourney

If we survive the trip to South Carolina, I'll believe we can pull it off. Whenever we play the middling conference teams is when we tend to play our worst basketball.

SC beat Auburn so they seem to be a hot team now. Basketball is an odd sport. Sure, you have upsets in football but in basketball it's almost as if on a given day, almost any team can beat another regardless of win/loss records.
I'm really not sure what to think about out team. We seem to be a one trick pony, yet if we take 3/4 down the stretch and win a game or two in the tourney, we could conceivably make it into the tourney. But generally I simply don't think that Fox is doing a good enough job of recruiting for us to ever be a consistent top 25 team.

We do have a top 100 player coming in this year and 2 top 50 commitments for next year. I would agree with you, but I just don’t know what happens to the 2 top 50 players if Fox leaves....and getting those could change the recruiting landscape for UGA basketball moving forward....and most on here are always impressed with how well Fox has “coached up” the mediocre talent we’ve had
