Good to see that we still have people at our University that make absolutely moronic decisions.

Most college kids these days are socialist nut jobs.

I'll allow it.

That seems like voter suppression... obviously I don’t agree with the loons, but we can’t not let them vote just because we don’t agree with them.

Wouldn't most of them have to vote in their hometown though?

They just said they’re willing to make the coliseum available if approved

They felt the shame, and made changes.

Yep. But if they’ve changed their address to Athens, they can vote for things in Athens. Just depends which county they are registered in.

So we are going to shuttle large groups of people together to try to avoid COVID?

Yea, UGA tucked tail pretty quick on that one. Not sure what they thought the reaction was going to be.

All we needed to do was provide an alternative when closing the locations at Tate. A little slow to the ball there

They can vote in their hometown or absentee. Like every other American.

The people making these decisions wouldn't have any reason to suppress. This is just over reaction. If they can let those kids go to class and live in dorms, they can let them vote. They just caused more grief for themselves.

The hell we can't....we've been doing it since we started voting in the US. Voter suppression is more American than apple pie.

What? You think this is an example of voter suppression? GTFO.

As someone said earlier, they can get an absentee ballot or vote at home.

Just saw on CNN that they already reversed the decision.

I'm at the gym. I don't get to choose the channels.

bullshite. You go get the manager and tell them to put one on OANN or you will cancel your platinum membership.

Make a big loud deal about it.

You'll likely get a standing ovation, possibly a mass-cancellation / walkout if the manager doesn't accommodate.

You are the custamah.

The tv shows what you say it shows.

If you sit down at a sports bar and ask to put tv7 on the sportsgame of your choosing, and they say no, with no alternative accommodation, you take your hot popper and bud light money elsewhere.
