Welcome to last weekend. Also, from what I understand Kirby Smart is actually a pretty good coach.
What? London Humphreys did not commit to Georgia last weekend, and I am aware that Kirby is a good coach.

Out of curiosity, wonder what the class rank would be of the 17 people that didn’t want to be a Dawg?

None of these guys left to win championships. All of these guys left for guaranteed playing time.

... after being developed in a true championship program.
Everyone wants to talk about how guys look like world-beaters when they transfer out to lesser programs. They never factor in the start they got in Athens during their formative years right out of HS.

In other news, Syracuse is about to add McCord. Fran Brown putting in work!
Mario Williams WR from USC has entered the portal. Wonder if he follows Donte Williams to UGA? I don’t think/know if there are any connections there but you never know.

What I saw of USC WRs last season was that they can't run patterns or improvise when the QB is pressured. Do we really want them?

That and this will be his third team in three years.

No ins yet?
Haven't heard anything yet. As I said earlier, there was an article saying that London Humphrey's had committed, but I am now thinking the author of article jumped the gun?
On of our posters somehow misconstrued what I said as criticism of Kirby Smart and proceeded to lecture me about Kirby being a good coach. I still haven't figured out where he dreamed that up.

Was listening to some Syracuse talking heads and they're over the moon.
However, we already knew he could recruit. I'd like to see his staff and if he can build a solid program.

Insiders are stating staff is done recruiting HS kids for this class and is only focusing on portal additions. So no KJ, Marcellus Barnes or any other HS kids are being pursued to add to the '24 class.

From Ole Miss On3 site
“Georgia has come in late and is offering a lot of money, but Ole Miss is in there battling.
Walter cannot visit Georgia because it is a dead period, but they have made contact.
Nolen was basically "done" for Ole Miss when he left, but the Bulldogs have turned his head and we will have to overcome their rush to get him.
From what I can gather right now, it is a 50-50 deal and Georgia's run is why he has not gone ahead and announced for Ole Miss.
Recruiting. . . . don't you love it?
P.S. - We are offering him a lot of money as well.”

Y’all seen the poem Raiola posted about flipping to Nebraska? LOL! It’s pretty gay.
“In the realm of college dreams where purpose takes flight,Enter Dylan Raiola, crafting his narrative in the night.Once lured by Georgia, where powerhouse glory gleamed,Yet Nebraska’s purpose in his heart brightly beamed.
In the scarlet and cream, where legacies entwine,Dylan, like Rodgers, Rozier, and Crouch, a hero in the line.No longer a cog in some powerhouse machine,But a quarterback, with an even grander ambition unseen.
So fellow fans await, with hope in the air,For Dylan to choose, his purpose to declare. In a weekend’s decision, destiny calls,To fulfill his purpose, where a new dynasty enthralls.”
