A person in a leadership role who blames his subordinates for his failures, will not be successful in the long run. I firmly believe that and have had enough life proof sources to confirm that.

I saw that apology fibo2... I’m cool with the direction he took it. I was commenting to Lewis and Herschel when he/she said he didn’t care what he says if he wins. I don’t think one can be a successful leader throwing subordinates under the bus and frankly it doesn’t reflect well on our University.

All basketball coaches are psychopaths with Knight at least being the most transparent. They are all assholes, all of them.
