I think Chaney called a near perfect game, there was only one instance I can remember thinking he should have called a different play. I hated him prior to tonight, but not so much anymore

Not a great game by Chaney, but his best since taking over at UGA

I think he needs a certain type of QB and that type is Jake Fromm. I'm not sure if Eason transfers because of it but this is Fromm's team and Fromm is Chaney's key to keeping his job at this point.

What exactly did he not do? The game was over after the first play. They never recovered

If he throws the ball, well that's stupid we have the best rbs in the country why throw. If he runs the ball that is too predictable. Whatever Chaney does is wrong.

We dominated them in every aspect of the game. All State fans talked about was Simmons and that D-Line, and we completed dominated those guys. Are WR's blocked great and got open, had a few drops but when you dominate a game like we did last night those drops aren't so big. We had 4 rbs that ran all over State, and Fromm just looked great passing last night

Hey, I'll give it to the fatass today. He didn't screw anything up too bad.

He needs a lot more games like that to win me over after some of the bullshite I've seen out of him though.

Best first play of game in UGA history. Perfect on every level.

A new team was born on that play.

31 pts vs a D that held LSU to 7? I'm not a big Chaney fan, but you have to give props where props are due. He was tested and he passed with flying colors. B+

This. We're 4/0. Chaney has got us there with a true freshman qb. One win came away against a P5 team which is looking more and more legit every week and another against a team one fire. Yet most of our fans are protege' couch coaches and therefore are more inclined to denigrate him based on his physical appearance than commend him on his achievements. Now what does THAT say?

bullshite.

We scored 31 points with a balanced offense (200+ passing and rushing). We had a flea-flicker TD on the opening play. We ran out of the WildDawg formation for a TD on Grantham's defense. We threw a play-action pass to a tight end for a TD.

It was a great game.

FTFY

If we didn’t execute then some of those cute calls would have had us all ready to fire Chaney this AM. 3rd and inches- wild dawg to Chubb out of shotgun? Imagine if it failed like all of the other wild dawg plays we have been watching and bitching about.

OL played phenomenal as well.

Chaney called some ballsy plays and to his/teams credit we pulled them off. Hell of a game. Let’s hope it keeps clicking

I have to agree with this

I was in the stands at ND & they TRIED to do the EXACT same thing to us - ran that exact same play for their 1st play from scrimmage

I even said, "Those cocksuckers are hitting us with OUR signature play???"

Fortunately, we shut that shite down (game may have been different had we not)

I loved seeing us run it successfully - we broke Moo State on our 1st offensive play & it was beautiful to watch!

Two great blocks on that play. Wynn pulled and led Chubd and blocked the OLB 5 yards downfield and the WR (don't know who) cleared out the contain back. Chubb could have walked in.

Jason Stanley. It was a block of beauty. He may have bricks for hands but damn he can block.

Sorry but he had 3 decent play calls this entire game and we executed on them.

These inside power dive plays are killin me.

The under-utilization of our TE's is baffling.

The under-utilization of Chubb and Michel is gross negligence.

Our defense gifted Chaney 7 punts and 2 interceptions, and we scored 3 TD's and a field goal on those 9 possessions. 4 TD's and a field goal on 12 possessions.

Sounds decent but we honestly should have won this game 49-3.

Did you all see where we ran the same run play 8x in a row on the last drive? Lost the ball on downs and had to put the defense back out there again. Completely unnecessary.

Our TE's are huge mismatches. Use them a lot more. Stop running Herrien, especially inside. Run outside zone instead of this dive dive dive crap. Get Chubb and Michel back in the passing game. And for the love of god quit the wild-dawg BS.
