Deliverance legit scared Yankees from camping in the North GA mountains. If you had a campground with 100 sites, they would all camp close together because they were scared of crazy mountain folk. No shite.

Wrong. Kirby was the one who pumped up UAB the way Dooley did pretty much everybody. He had to motivate the team somehow after Clemson. No one seriously expected anything resembling a battle from desperately outclassed UAB. Are we not a title contender after all those top 3 recruiting classes?
I think the Stetson crush that a few around here have is basically about rooting for the small town underdog to somehow become a hero. (Some of the same folks who were actually a bit disappointed last season when Daniels finally got healthy and showed why he'll play on Sundays).
Underdogs rooting for someone relatable, maybe? LoL

JSU beat FSU slick and UAB is a senior laden team that has won their conference 2 outta the last 3 years.NOBODY predicted a 49 PT blowout especially with Stetson starting.
Vegas had us as 24 PT favorites and the line was bet down to 22 at KO.
