I agree that Roquan presents well but he should drop the whatnots.

I'd prefer if he stayed, and he probably should just to get his degree, but on the other hand who knows how long the NFL teams will be able to shell out so much money for players going forward. They are hemorrhaging money.

The return on any degree, let alone UGA degree, is peanuts compared to immediate salary as a top 15 pick. He can come get his degree after the NFL.

Yeah, I think I would take the big money now and come back for the degree and parties and "whatnot" when he's done playing if I were him.

I like peanuts...boiled or roasted...doesn’t matter me just as long as they aren’t raw.

Passing up a top 10 status would be passing on 15+ million dollars minimum.

Yeah he is basically a version of Chubb on the defensive side of the ball.

Chubb's so timid and shy that he comes across as a little "dense". I can't find the link, but I finally saw an interview with him where he seemed comfortable for whatever reason, and he's a great kid with a good head on his shoulders.

Even though it derailed our season, having Chubb see Gurley get in trouble from the front row could've been the best thing that happened to us in the long run.

$15M can’t buy back your Senior season in Athens. Quite possibly the best year of one’s life.

for a player of his caliber, the money will be there the next year. As Peter buck said, nothing will replace the relationships and the time spent with the brothers of that team.

This.

He’s gonna be rich one way or another. Not a day goes by I don’t reflect on my college days, esp. the last year of it, and pine a bit. I have a great life now and live comfortably, but that period of one’s life is just...the best. Grateful I got to experimence it.
If he chooses that over money at this point - good on him.

I always loved this show. And this line from it has rang so true in my mind over the last few years.
