If he ever learns how to track an airborne football he can be good. Maybe he’ll have better luck there.

The backup QB for Penn State, who actually played a bit this year as a running QB, just entered the portal and will not participate in the CFP.

Claims the portal and playoff timing forces this. I know players get a few extra days after their playoff ends, but the school you want to transfer too might already get your position filled….
They need to just accept the fact they fricked up and either revert back to the old way or make these kids sign contracts like they do in the NFL

Yeah, wish it could have worked out out of high school or through portal last year. Weird history/rumors there with a stagger supposedly flirting with his mom while on a in home visit....not sure if true, but if it is, pretty ballsy to pull that with Verron's woman

No. You can’t play for more than 1 team in a collegiate season. If he transferred and never played, then yes
