Started raining around 11. It has now switched to sleet. There’s a light glaze on my truck but nothing substantial ATM. Still early.

Another dud propagated by the weather channel and local news.

All clear in north Decatur.

What’s it looking like this morning Rig? My parents and their 8 cats live in Monroe.

IDK about dud but it certainly didn’t do much here. There’s a decent amount of ice but doesn’t look to be devastating. Roads are spotty. Be careful out there.

Greenville SC saw wave one last night. But we still have intermittent coming in. The question becomes how long until the power lines start getting hammered.

Even if we melt by mid week, we are back down in single digits and low teens next weekend. It’s going to be a drawn out experience here

I’m in Greer… Main roads are fine. As expected, back roads are closed in some areas. I hope it kinda continues to stay the course as is. If we get a downpour of freezing rain like they’re predicting today around 2, then things could get really hairy.
