Been there. Its in an isolated area and you
don't have to get out of your car.

Security is good and it's where their corporate offices are located as well.

It could be free and I wouldn't make the trek to College Park.

I'd rather just spend the money at the store to not have to go to college park. Charge it to the game.

Isnt buckhead meats one of those where a guy pulls up smoking a black n mild with a couple igloo's full of "bacon wrapped filets" in the back

And like the others said, might as well eat a hot dog off the floor at dollar general if youre traveling to college park for meat right now

It's the old Buckhead Beef and their clients are about every high end steak house in Atlanta and Sysco owns em now.Sorry if it's not freshly slaughtered Kobe.I would put it up against any cut you wanna get at New York butcher shop or any other high end retail butcher around town price is excellent.

You ever been there?

It's a distribution center with easy access and it's near a few office parks and some other distribution centers...nothing else around there.

I think you'd be safe. It's not Cleveland Ave,Forest Parkway, Langford PKWY or Riverdale Rd.

Anyway picked up the 10lb box of sirloins and the other box of prime cuts.

I'll grill out tomorrow and give an update on the quality.

I sold them their pest control years ago and their selection was outstanding. Supply Bonz, M&S, and most other high end steak places in the metro area.

Didn't know Sysco bought them. Would think the quality would go down since those fuggers are so cheap.

That's because you have to give them the money first and THEN you get the drugs.

Hell. I went to Clayton County elementary school and my mom was a teacher there. Small little Atlanta suburb back in the 70s.

I wonder if that would give me cred with the locals.

I would assume most on here from Atlanta would have been familiar with Buckhead Beef or at least read the link, which obviously wasn't the case. Its also a distribution center that's never sold retail and most distribution centers in metro Atlanta are located in shitty places (Fulton Industrial,Camp Creek,Mountain Industrial,Forest Park etc)

frick it,just trying to give some folks on here a heads up on a good deal. Got some great cuts and the Strips I grilled were excellent.
