Have you not visited Atlanta in the past decade? Why are you surprised GA went blue?

So now it's on to the last of the hardcore imbeciles going along with Trump-endorsed conspiracy theories (which by the way are mainly aimed at bilking dummies out of money to pay the campaign debt).
Some of you all are like the Japanese soldiers who still wouldn't come out of the caves a month after losing the war.

The real sad thing, IMO, is that there are so many Americans ok with handing over so much control to a group of Washington beaurocrats that really dont give half a shite about you.
Trump's policies were ultimately about putting money in HIS pockets (and secondarily, those of the ultra-wealthy).
The real sad thing IMO is that there are so many Americans dumb enough to hand control to a lifelong con artist with a history of shady business deals and bankruptcies, hundreds of millions in current debt (that he tried to hide for years in those tax documents he wouldn't release), and a genuine admiration for dictators.
And who doesn't give a shite about his followers other than as a means to an end.
Freedom and Trump aren't words that should even be mentioned in the same sentence. Another four years of this guy and it's very questionable that we would even have had free elections or an operational press. When he said "President for life, that sounds great" he was showing his true nature. Our very own American Mussolini.
Thankfully enough people cared about the democratic institutions he wanted to destroy.

You are a fricking idiot. The dems are the ones who want to take away elections. The dems are the ones who have stated that they want to fundamentally change America. The dems are the ones who want to pack the SCOTUS, wage war against O&G, and get back in bed with China and Iran. The dems have flat out told the country that they want to move towards socialism, and they count on dumbfricks like you to vote for them anyways.
Biden is an empty suit who will be gone before Jan 1, 2022. Harris will take over, and if the communists Ossoff and Warnock win next month, there won't be elections in 2024.

You could end it all now...you know...before America is overrun by black- and brown-skinned folks and goes communist.

This is the real damage Trump has done. Democrats and Republicans have always had differences.
This is different. This is because of him.

No, this is because of the way dems have acted over the last four years. Dems and dem voters have openly made statements such as "we need to remove Trump voters from society" (Keith Olbermann) and "we need lists of Trump voters for future use" (AOC). The scary part is that this is not a minority viewpoint amongst dem voters. Most of you feel this way. This is the mainstream viewpoint in that party.
Dems burned down cities all summer. Dems looted, rioted, and killed people all year. Dems have doxxed Trump supporters all year hoping to see us lose our jobs and livelihoods just because we have different views.
We had major American cities like Chicago and Minneapolis look like something from a third world country this year because dem voters threw a tantrum and burned them down because they didn't get their way.
You didn't see Republican voters do these kinds of things despite sitting though eight years of Obama's bullshite.
If you're looking for the cause of the division in this country, look in the mirror. And it is laughable if you think Kamala Harris is going to fix it. Despite this, Republican voters aren't going to go burn cities down and make citizens fear for their safety. We'll go to work and try to do what's best for ourselves and our families until the AOCs and Olbermanns of the world get their way and we end up in camps.

Glass houses big homie.
If you think it's right to claim treason to say hang them to say overrun our government to say burn it down.
Go right ahead.

Yes, because random guy from the internet saying these things is just as bad as burning down innocent people's small businesses because you're having a hissy fit and then claiming it is alright because "they have insurance".

So you can claim all Democrats feel this way because people in big cities rioted?
but then your response is just because some right-wing Republican posted on a message board doesn't mean all Republicans feel that way.
I don't love Nancy pelosi I don't love Mitch McConnell but I don't want him to hang.
You are pushing messages of hanging people. Literally. However small your group of people listening to you is, it doesn't change the fact that you are shouting messages like that.
And then claiming that you sit high on top of some moral ground while Democrats burn cities.
It's laughable my man.

The division started under Obama.
You had those on the left calling the other half of the country "racist" just based on how they voted. The word racist began to be used as a weapon. Democrats now use it frequently and without cause.

How about being the one that tries to end this shite? Who cares who started what. There's an argument on both sides I don't deny that.
I'm just saying there's always been a bit of civility. That is now missing. It's not an accident that it happened under Trump. His rhetoric led us to this point.

As of 2018 there were ~500,000 people living in Atlanta.

Atlanta alone isn't going to swing this state.

Just to clear up my point. As I ramble and fail to be clear often.
I blame Trump
You blame Obama
my position is that we are probably both correct in many ways. It's time to be civil about it.
Let's stop the Democrats are burning cities s*** and I'll stop the Republicans want to hang people s***.
These small groups of radicals don't make up the whole. They are a piece, yes.
But a vote for Biden is not a vote for burning down cities. Any more than a vote for Trump is a vote for hanging Nancy pelosi.
Edit: I'm off to enjoy this sunshine!

All I am saying is do some fricking research and use your brain.
When??? The key point is WHEN. When did the Left start using race or racism as a tool/weapon to beat people down they disagreed with and shut them up. It started under Obama. Do you fail to realize this? It is fact. It can be proven.
You blame Trump. Trump was the result of the Left's rhetoric under Obama. People wanted somebody who would fight back. Trump fought back.
You call this a "lack of civility" because Trump didn't give in to the Democrats or the Media like a Romney or McCain would have. It is not a "lack of civility" it is just what fighting back looks like.

You think he was just referring to the city proper? There are 6 million+ in metro Atlanta and obviously still growing with people moving here from all areas of the country...not so much with the rest of the state.

Actually yes, all of the democrats I know, old, young, rich, poor, hipster, hippie, southern, northern.... they all say the same thing when I pressed them on the issue over the summer.
Rioting was ok because muh civil rights and muh insurance. And the occassional muh mostly peaceful and muh outside agitators.
Seattle literally allowed a sovereign terrorist nation to exist downtown for a couple months.

Get new Dem friends.
I could understand saying something like. I get why they are angry. Or praising those who did it peacefully.
Rioting is not ok. Rioting is garbage.

You're such a liar. Creating a strawman like this is bad for America.
