This video was recorded over a week ago.

It can’t be both.
One reason why Trump lost was awful messaging. You can’t paint your opponent as a sleepy geriatric on one hand, and then on the other say that he is an evil, communist genuis.

I hope you realize that this will hurt the GOP in the long run. Dems voted absentee in record numbers in 2020 because of COVID. Historically, however, something like 75% of absentee voters are elderly folks, who are overwhelmingly GOP voters.

It’s that Russia claims the West is forcibly expanding it.

Based on the downvotes to the OP, it appears the PT has, after a brief confusion, returned to their pro-Russian foxholes.

Does it matter?
No. Who gives a shite if your government is corrupt. A smaller country is being invaded by a larger country led by a lunatic bent on ethno-nationalist conquest. Moreover, that lunatic is indiscriminately bombing civilians.
Many Americans “love their country but not their government”. Ukrainians feel the same way and so do others willing to fight for them.

Then it's opinion or presumption?
Not my opinion. I get facts from a variety of sources, and then draw logical conclusions. If you disagree with me, you should engage with me substantively, rather than doing this dance of “you cannot be right if you view the ‘wrong’ source of news.”

Nope, it’s not.

Pretty sure it’s more than just liberals. This doesn’t have to be political.

Then believe it. Usually the right conclusion is the obvious one. Not everything has to be conspiratorial.

So when does Zelensky give up part of Ukraine and end this? That’s the most likely outcome here.
The most likely outcome is that Putin is deposed by the Russian military and oligarchs. The West isn’t lifting these sanctions until Russia withdraws. Putin might achieve a tactical victory and physical control all or most of Ukraine, but politically, he has already lost. The Russians lack the will to fight, and the Ukrainian resistance has killed more Russians in one week than we lost in Iraq and Afghanistan combined in 20 years.

(A) it’s private American companies buying the oil, not the U.S. Government;
(B) If the government did embargo imports from Russia, that would drive prices at the gas pump up even further. I’m willing to pay more, but is the average American?

It's only an existential threat to Putin, not to Russia, were they to join the rest of the civilized world and adopt a democratic system with a free-market economy.
re: Fully Vaccinated Account for 9 of 10 Covid Deaths, Official Data Shows
Posted by baconwaffle on 3/2/22 at 1:42 pm
Lurking variable: 92% of all adults have been vaccinated in England.
Perhaps the better statistic is that in a country with 92% vaccinated, their death rate is 8 per one-million. The United States has 64% vaccinated, and our death rate is 34 per one-million.
Try a *little* harder.
