I also agree that a kid raised by gay parents is better than being aborted. But mothers don’t make abortion decisions based on the foster care market. It’s a ridiculous and insulting insinuation.

Also I did read the article and what struck me is that the issue seemed to arise when some of the employees where challenged (albeit maybe not diplomatically) after statements they made or that came up in a racially focused diversity meeting. I got the impression that BLM comments were made and after there was push back the SHTF.

SJWs have a hard time dealing with this as their entire philosophy is based on the oppressed vs the oppressors. There is a limitless number of categories identity politics can align with so it was inevitable that one group of oppressed turns against another.
Liberal white kids oppress minorities. Liberal “rich” kids oppress the poor. Liberal men oppress women. Liberal heterosexuals oppress homosexuals and transgenders. Point being that traditional liberals cannot identify with every identity group out there so eventually they’ll be the oppressors based in their racial, sexual or gender identity.
There is no end.

It won't fix it but it would add more progress. See the Rooney rule in the NFL. Where black employees must be interviewed. Giving black Americans a chance, if qualified for the position

Cumberland was only considered if no other option was on the table, my friend. It is the best place in Georgia IMO.
