To be decided after this weekend.

Kinda hope for a 7:00/7:30 but I think we’ll be the selection for CBS if both teams take care of business this weekend.

So from what I understand, if we win the next two then we clench the east?
Would be great to go into Knoxville with no pressure on us and absolutely dominate UT at home.

Yes we clinch with 2 wins next two weeks. UT has 2 conference losses.

Trying to get tickets for me and my son but damn the prices. $200 for all the way up top.

No reason to buy them this early. With immediate transfer and mobile tickets, could be in the parking lot or walking up when you buy them

Ole Miss game is randomly high prices vs Mizz game.

Last game of year?

Lots of ATL Ole Miss fans?

Too many ATL burbs white girls can’t get into UGA so they go to Ole Miss?

Senior night.

Send-off for possibly the best senior class in history (along with some of the best nfl eligible juniors).

Show up to Athens and wait patiently. Especially if it’s a night game. Fewer and fewer deal with all the BS of parking and traffic to just come hang out and hope they get a ticket. Always some last minute.

Highly doubt more than a handful would be this reason.

Senior night also means last home game (unless you score post season tickets, it is the last time you see Bowers who may play, Van Pran, JDJ, Smael, etc..).

Bowers play…I’ll pay extra :)

I think it’s all those things. Silenty hoping CBS doesn’t get the game.

Last home game at night with cool weather!!!!

That’s a long drive from Savannah for the chance of a ticket

For sure. Just acknowledging there are tickets available late and not many people just hanging around to get into game…for the same reason you mention.

Still surprised they are almost 2x what Mizz tickets are going for currently.

None of those IMO. Missouri is a boring and bland brand name. There's nothing generally exciting about the program (in general, this year obviously they are good) and they are in our divisoin so we play them eveyr year. Ole Miss is a snazzier brand and we dont' play them often. I also am certain there are some, maybe not many but at least SOME, of the young people aged 18-25 that will want to go simply becuase lane kiffin is their coach and he's "cool". Let's also not gloss over the fact ole miss is really good in their own right and is ranked around the top 10.

Back in the summer I'm pretty sure most people had this game circled as one of our toughest of the season and 100% our toughest home game.

Ole Miss hasn’t played in Athens since 2012. Think thats probably the longest span for any conference opponent in Athens.

I'm surprised Ole Miss tickets are so expensive and Missouri are relatively cheap. If Ole Miss is a night game and the weather is like last night or a rain front, I imagine the ticket prices will drop like a rock. I remember one Auburn game in November. I think it was 95. There was a cold front that blasted through before the night game. I remember people were leaving tickets lying on the wall by the bridge.

2014 Auburn game was cold AF. There wasn't a knit cap or earmuffs to be found in the whole town at any of the gear stores.

Starting to think that CBS could actually
pass on the Ole Miss game in favor of the Tennessee-Georgia matchup on the 18th.

My understanding is after this weekend CBS will only have one selection of Georgia left.

If they pick Ole Miss-UGA then excluding the UGA/UT game, the lineup that Saturday is booty

I've been thinking this from the get go. If we're looking at this purely from a logical/rational perspective the alternate arrangement doesn't make any sense.

I think currently nobody actually knows the status of their contract and whether they have any exemptions to the 5 game per team/year.

We will know Monday.
