I think Chubb and Michel are gonna ball out, and make it a lot easier for Fromm. ND's DL is not good, and it's gonna be good experience for our younger o-line.

Defense looks extremely solid, and it sounds like we will get Davis back which will be a big help.

I think we keep it close for the first half, and then win going away. I'm saying 38-17 UGA.

31 - 17 UGA wins.

I actually feel pretty good about this game. We will have good success slowing down their offense but don't see them stopping our run game.

34-31 UGA

Chubb and Sony will do enough, Fromm will be good enough to win but make some mistakes that will leave the door open for ND. Defense will be tested by a good OL and probably the best offense we'll see this season. In the end, I think we win because we have the better D.

My prediction is similar. 20-10 UGA leads at half, 34-17 final.

Correct the spelling in your subject.

My wild guess: 34 - 30 Dawgs.

Their QB is very mobile and will give us some problems.
They have a strong running game, but our run D is our strength, so that helps. I think it will be much, much closer than what you guys are thinking. I hope you are right, though. I hate ND with a passion and would love to truck them and start them down the road of a bad season.

31-28 UGA

Guys. We are starting a True Frosh in South Bend at night. I mean, I get he looked decent against App state, but lets not get crazy. Fromm is gonna struggle and that should be expected.

Just like the rest of this season, it will all come down to the trenches. If our oline can open holes for our loaded back field, then its gonna take a ton of pressure off Fromm.

On the flip side of that, our D is good, but ND offensive line will be one of, if not the, best lines we face all year. While I think we will stop them, I do think they will put points up.

I see two likely scenarios.

1) We play a close game and win on a Specs field goal late in the 4th. Ill say 34-31 UGA

2) We come out and the offense is out of sync and the defense is on the field way too much and we lose by 2td's. 35-21 ND

I'm sorry but nothing I saw Saturday and with Eason hurt, nothing gives me confidence to believe we smash them by 2td's.

Just my 2cents. Hope I'm wrong

Our defense gave me a reason for 2 scores.

Did it? I mean App State is probably a descent team, but come now, ND will be better at every offensive position, on oline in particular. Plus we will still be w/out our best cover corner, and Davis is dealing with a hammy, which is prob one the top 3 most re-injured list of any muscle.

Like I said, I hope I'm wrong. I really do, but I don't see us winning comfortably

App State hit like 2 significant plays against our starters. ND will do better than that, but UGA looked really good in the front 7. So good that App State couldn't really test the secondary that was down two starters.

ND's susceptible to the run, according to every expert going, so I have to imagine that it'll come down to our OL being able to open up lanes for the RBs, more than relying on Fromm to come in and do his own Touchdown Jesus impression.

With our untested secondary and NDs offensive potential, I'm not feeling confident about our ability to stop them all night. I'm also not sure our OL will be able to spring Chubb and Michel well enough to steam roll their front seven.

I'm taking a very pessimistic view of this game. I think we lose 34-20.

I'll play the Buzz Killington role.

27-21 ND

This game isn't all that important in the grand scheme of things. It's a non-conference game we can lose and still meet our season goals.

Fromm will kick arse, I just have a feeling. This kid seems to like being in big moments. Even as a 12-year-old he was on TV smacking home runs in the little league world series.

I think he's ready for this moment more than we think.
