I saw a couple of clips of Kirby on Finebaum. Coach looks like he has lost significant weight. He appears to be much healthier. Maybe he is into MAHA and ditching processed foods.

When a parent passes, mortality hits you square in the face.

I'd love to see some clips. I just tried searching YouTube and it's Clickbait after Clickbait after Clickbait.

And for some reason, Chrome has decided that Clickbait is a proper noun and automatically capitalizes it.

Yeah, definitely not the unfettered access to top tier nutrition and trainers.

You can do both.

Kirby looked like he had a sugar problem and drugs like Ozempic can curb it.

Wouldn't be surprised if he is being healthy and taking it in small doses.

It is not hard to lose 15 pounds by simply doing intermittent fasting.

Kid started his first game basically cold in the second round of the Playoffs against a team that played in the finals.....

The fact we had any offense at all is remarkable on his behalf.

Anyone judging anything of that needs their head checked.

Does this opinion go for people who think he's going to be awesome and for people who are skeptical? You are saying it's too early to judge either way, right?

Nah, I think he did well in the situation and will only improve. The people bitching are just mad Rashada left.

I feel like Rashada would have been a cancer on the locker room

I'm skeptical, but obviously don't have much to base it on. He's not tall, not fast, not super quick or athletic. From what I've seen he hasn't perfected the ability to see receivers before they're open. He gets good velocity on the ball but uses an extended windup to do it. Those things won't stop him from being a good college quarterback if he can run Bobo's offense like Aaron Murray did, but he doesn't have four years as a starter to get there.

Imagine being around that kind of expertise, nutrition and equipment - where you work and live all day surrounded by a bunch of athletes - and STILL being fat. Good for him.

No excuse for coaches or kickers. I’d be fricking jacked.

That comes from live reps and learning receivers and routes. Hopefully having a full off season with the 1’s will help.

Also, we don’t need him to be quick…just have enough to go when he has an opening. And…not lead with his head.

I saw Kirby on some of the recent interviews and he looked pretty well-fed
