Swift was immediately our #3 rb. Gurley was our #1 from the start.

Yeah. Swift and Gurley popped in my head right away with that comment.
Andrew Thomas wasn't an early enrollee (different position, but it emphasizes Kirby's point that good football players will play as soon as they can be trusted)

Im confused what your point is. Please articulate.

I'm guessing that he means they were not early enrollees.

They were not enrolled early and all were ready to contribute early.

You are talking the badass down but talking the other guy up. I don’t get it.

Swift was ready to contribute early as a 3rd string running back who didn't really contribute much until halfway through the season because Chubb and Michel and Holyfield and Herrien were in front of him. Yes, he eventually carved out his place, but it took a minute.
Gurley was in a unique position in that he came in with no real starters ahead of him.
The fact neither Swift nor Gurley enrolled early has no bearing on my position that Cook's inability to enroll early will hinder the rate at which he becomes a contributor. The situations are entirely different. Reread my post.
With Swift, White, Holyfield, Herrien already established in the program ahead of him at RB, and Hardman/Crumpton ahead of him at slot, he's got a higher hill to climb with only a month to prove himself on the practice field.... which is why I said he will be second half of season before breaking out.
Slow your mind down, take a few deep breaths with your eyes closed, try to turn off the internal dialogue that rages inside of your head. Breathe. Now open your eyes and re-read my post.

Swift touches by game:

Looks like Swift contributed pretty equally all season.

The hindrance for Cook is his ability to pick up pass protection assignments.
He limits the playbook if he can't pickup a blitz.
That has more to do with his size than his time on campus.

No they were not. Swift jumped them with ease at the start.

Without context, your random number string is meaningless.
Hey, I hope I'm wrong. I hope he gets 3000 yards and wins the Heisman.
I just think he's at a slight disadvantage coming in late with this roster than if he had come in Spring.
What kind of person would argue against this? Someone just looking to argue?

It helped that Holyfied was suspended for weed.

What context do you want? You said Swift didn’t contribute until later in the year. I posted stats that show you’re just talking shite! He actually had more touches in games 3&4 than any other games.

It's eeeeeasy sometimes when you just coast along. But like it or not, something always seems to go wrong.

Ok, take those two games out and then make your case that he didn’t contribute until later in the year.
You
Walk away!
You
Walk away!

You want me to contextualize your number string for you?
No thanks. You're a big boy. You can do it yourself, if you really want to.

You know you made a good point when the other guy derps, recipes, mongos, zzzzzz’s, or calls out an edit. Don’t stoop to peter or Jeff levels deep. You are better than that. Just man up.

Now I push the little berries out, I push'em out I push'em out.
