Will we have 3 weeks of Playoff predictions without Bama being mentioned? We can only hope.

Heard Saban saying he hopes his players can get excited enough to keep their 10 win season streak going. I think Ole Miss wins large next week.

They have a zero percent chance at the playoffs, barring total and utter chaos in the rest of the p5 on a level that would make 2007 look like childs play

In other words, they are not making the playoffs

Yes is the answer. Two losses and no championship game.

Hope I’m not talking too soon, but I’m glad we don’t have to deal with them this season.

0%

A one loss OSU, UM, Oregon or Clemson would be ahead of them

If LSU loses 2 games (Arkansas & TA&M), and Ole Miss loses to Bama next week (or any one of their last 3, which are all divisional), then there is still a possibility Bama makes the SEC Championship game.

Then, if they were to beat an undefeated UGA, plus TCU loses a game, as well as Michigan and Oregon loses one of their next 3, I think they might still put Bama in the 4th playoff spot.

BUT, that’s an absurd chain of events and probably less than 1% chance to happen, so I’m thinking the discussion is over.

Is Bama mathematically out of the SECCG? I haven't looked to see who they play next. LSU has to play Ark & A&M and while they should win it could be chaos in the west. I would think a West team could get in the playoffs with 2 losses and that could be Bama. If we run the table and lose the SECCG we are still in. So if Bama sneaks in the SECCG and wins then there seems that possibility we have to play them twice again. Lord I hope we don't have to deal with them this year. Hoping LSU wins out.

Just imagine Burton watching the SEC championship game from his couch and try not to laugh

Boy did he ever make a horrible decision. You can’t hear a person on the tv talking about Alabama that doesn’t mention their lack of an explosive WR being the reason their offense has gone backwards. Couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy

Did he hit anybody on the field last night or did he just immediately run to his "safe space"?

Alabama may not be out of the playoffs mathematically but have very little chance.

While Alabama has offensive problems, their defense is not very good. When Smart left, Saban hired Pruitt and the defense stayed tough. Since Pruitt left for Tennessee, the Alabama defense has been less of a factor every year. I look for a change in their defensive coordinator after the season ends. Possibly the same for their offensive head too.
