Smh always one piece missing for us. All these 5 stars we get every year and we do the same thing year after year. I refuse to even get on the rant and scoreboard..

That’s why Georgia is easily the most under achieving program except for maybe Texas.

Georgia football, 28-3, Braves blowing a 3-1 NLCS lead, it's all the same at this point.

Georgia is the most underachieving program in college football by 8 miles.

I get your point but we are depleted by injury. Our best player is out for the season most likely thanks to a motorcycle accident and our QBs suck. We can’t win with this.

As soon as Mathis started vs. Arkansas, I suspected this season wasn't meant to be.

Newman left right before the season started and that put JT on deck. He was still not cleared, which paved the way to where we are today. Sad.

That is squarely on Kirby. There is no way he didn't know that Newman was sniffing around the NFL or that Daniels was going to be too much of a pussy to play 3 months after being cleared. He's been butchering the QB situation for 3 years now.

But are we really? I've said it before and I'll say it again: we haven't had an NFL level QB since Stafford and all too often our best players aren't on the field for an unbelievable variety of reasons.

Maybe, but I know that coaches get directly blamed for a lot that is outside of their control.

It wasn't just a desire to play in the NFL. It was that desire mixed with the fear of COVID, which other players throughout the league decided to opt-out for. It's hard to pin that one on CKS as I don't think anyone would have been able to foresee that.

You really think CKS knew what was going to happen with Daniels? If he did, he wouldn't have picked him up in the first place. Even so, Daniels was the "break glass in case of emergency" plan with Newman being the projected starter.

Nope. Bad timing and bad luck has got in the way of our QB progression.

Since that time, we've also let Newton, Watson, and Lawrence get out of the state. As much as I love the guy, our best QB since then was Aaron Murray, who never even sniffed starting a game in the NFL. That's why we are underachievers.

How many NFL QBs had most programs that have won national championships? We are Georgia, we have unlimited talent in our back yard every year, and yet we’ve had to watch every team within a 6 hour drive win a title since 1990. That is not acceptable under any circumstance.

Sick of saying there is always next year. Told my wife tonight its National Championship or bust for me now. That's my expectations. In other words, this season is over.

We had Fields on roster and didn't do whatever it took to keep him here, which will end up being Kirby's downfall.

Find out that a bunch of them were overhyped 3 stars?

I don't really care to see Georgia be "very good." I've seen them do everything short of a national championship: playoff wins, SEC championships, great bowl wins...

Not to be ungrateful, but I just don't care about "good" seasons anymore. I want it all otherwise I'm not into it

Kirby actually lost me during the Bama game. He gets clowned by every coach with a similarly talented roster. He’s just not good enough at the part that really matters. I really kind of wish he had never come home.

No it’s not. Impossible to know a transfer would quit.

You should grow one first in the middle. Accept the truth!! It's always one area that holds us back.
