I don't like handicapping games like this, rivalry, injuries, distractions from SECCG developments. But if you really think -3 is the appropriate line, you should be grabbing those points right now if you can find them.

I forget where I read it last week, maybe here, UGA is one of the worst in the country this year for covering the spread. If you bet equal dollars against uga in each game this year, you will have made a lot of money. I haven't done the math myself, it's just something I saw.

The spread does seem high. My guess is that people believe Philo is the main QB and have no confidence in a freshman on the road at UGA. I don't know if that's a safe assumption or not. Wouldn't be shocked if King started and played most snaps.

The lines have been consistently too high in UGA's favor, with some notable exceptions like Clemson, Tennessee and Texas. Still, huge difference between -20 and -3. The latter is pretty much a toss up.

Saw it this morning at -20.5
If you had bet against UGA vs the spread AND then Under, you would’ve won all but 2 games. Pretty crazy

-13.5 is the line that seems about right to me. I'd take Tech to cover 20 all day long, if for no other reason than their running game will keep the clock moving all night.

Back during the HGMF it was usually a sure bet to always take the points against UGA and always lay the points with Bama. That changed with UGA over our run but this year? Yeah I’m taking the 20 pts..
