Vox, the algorithm is only as good as the data available. I will say its usefulness in week 3 will be greater than it would be in week 1 and will only improve exponentially as the weeks progress.
That said, I'll let TIA discuss it as he sees fit.

Done a lot of work analyzing the algorithms performance since the last HGMF, and came to the conclusion that it is only slightly better than the average human. The average human doesn't win HGMF, though, so while it may give me a good pick here and there, I'm moving away from full robot mode and going cyborg.

Yes I did set up a PickEm after being eliminated from HG3, hosted it for 2 years. To be honest, the whole thing about that got blowed out of proportion, which was unfortunate because i had always had a lot of respect for Jefferson, and admired is creaivity. There was a lot behind that little deal that the majority of the board was unaware of, but its old water as far as I'm concerned. Glad Jeff brought the HGMF back though ... it's entertaining as hell!
But looks like Jeff holds a grudge. Disappointing ... thought he would have plucked that thorn out of his arse by now. LoL

Yea I'm with Jacketfan, give Dallas a spot. Would be too cold blooded to carry over the space monkeys grudge vs team dallas from a few years ago...
