would agree that kind of processing power/quickness is a gift. It’s like drinking water from a firehose.

Thinking about it, it’s why having a quick release is such a benefit for QBs as it doesn’t require as much anticipation of the receiver being open. Gunners wind up makes him have to decide where he’s going sooner than someone like Stafford that can flip the ball 20 yds almost instantly.

I think the big thing for Gunner will be learning to have more confidence in changing his arm angles and release points. Watching the Stetson Bennett highlights that the other Dawg fan posted, tnat's a big part of what Bennett great.

Gunner is stiff through the hips and definitely wouldn't have been a shortstop in baseball. It will be a process, but he started doing it some later in the season. He contoured and changed his release point twice in the Sugar Bowl on the two throws when he almost died, which was encouraging.

Gunner should improve this year. Biggest thing I saw last year is he defaulted to his check down too much which was often a screen pass. I think it's tough for a QB like Gunner to transition to college. He was bigger and faster than everyone in AA HS ball. He doesn't have the speed to do what he did in HS so he has had to transition to more of.pocket passer. He's not scared to run but he probably being encouraged to do it less if he wants to go to the NFL. To me he's a lot like Fromm with a bit more speed and running power.

That interview went about as I expected. Reporter asks questions, Gunner give sentence fragment non-answers. He might be worse than Brock Bowers.

He has been trained by experienced people on how to handle the media by not really giving them anything they can run with. Before he even came to UGA

Gunner is the man, the psycho prima dona QBs don't go round here. Those douche nozzles wait until signing day or dang close to pull out on us, frick them, and frick their trash parents. I hope we break Vanderbilt into tiny little pieces.
