Minimum schu needs to go. D has been under the mark for a few years now. And Kirby comment about this just being another game is concerning. For a team with this much talent this was beyond embarrassing.

All 3 phases of the game played a factor in the loss. It falls on the head coach.

His mindset is different now. In his press conference after the Bama game he also said some things that surprised me.

The #2 offense in the entire country and #14 defense and we need a change? Are you seriously trying to put that on the coaching?

Nil and TP has changed college football more than we realize. No stacking 5 stars anymore, and 24 team playoff will mean many 9-3 teams a few 8-4 teams will make playoffs. To judge Georgia on 1 lose is nothing compared to next year and beyond.

Our early schedule has a lot to do with that. Other than Bama (who got smoked by TN) it's been all cupcakes. The defense is a major concern...particularly missed tackles.

Kirby must have been hanging with Bobo this week at Reynolds drinking their vodka soda

Are you suggesting firing Kirby?

That's one way to look at it. The other way to look at it is that Gunner played his worst game of the season, turned the ball over 3 times and still lost by a last second FG set up by a stupid (and questionable) penalty.

When we lose it is proof that they knew all along that UGA needed to fire those motherfrickers.

You can't blame our defense for the loss.

It was the fumble, 2 interceptions and missed field goal that cost us this game. The defense has been doing its job especially in the first quarter and second half. Auburn scored 27 points but that is the most points anyone has scored on us this year.

5 teams in the top 8 lost yesterday. Welcome to 2026

This team is still gonna win it all this year, sons. And i actually hope this loss helps us not get a bye week this time around

Well look back on this as the biggest blessing in disguise possible. And right before a bye week. Timing is everything and not what you always think

I was at a golf weekend and we got rained out Saturday so I got to watch that abortion of a game with my golf guys.

What a cluster. Should’ve seen this coming after the huge win last week. Gunner feeling invincible and just thinking we can show up. Defense didn’t want to tackle, OL didn’t want to block.

For everyone bitching look at what happened across the board yesterday. fricking carnage. Thank God we get a bye. Every game is a challenge. Every one of these teams looks invincible one week and like arse the next.

Hate it had to be Auburn though…and at home. Hate those motherfrickers.

Nothing about my post suggested that and it isn’t unreasonable to be unhappy with the way the team performed yesterday.

The vodka soda half full approach. This is where I'm at.

Scoring 10 ponts in the last 3 and a half quarter is definitely awful, but overall the offense has been incredible.

Georgia's offense is number 2 in the country in yards per play (the most useful stat) and first in the SEC in yards per play by a long ways. The difference between number 1 and number 2 is larger than the distance between number 2 and number 12.

Even if you adjust it for games vs. FBS only, Georgia's offense is still first by a half yard per play, and the distance between number 1 and number 2 is greater than the difference between number 2 and number 8.

Look, it was a 20 point spread. We disappeared for 2.75 quarters. Defense was all out of position, play calling was incredibly suspect.

It’s easy to be frustrated.

However, a 20 pt spread for the beaten up “number one team”, coming off an emotional win vs hated longtime rival with a bye was an obvious sucker’s bet.

We out-gained Auburn, had 3 turnovers, 4 personal fouls in huge moments, blocked field goal, and they had 2 of flukiest plays I have ever seen for 2 of their TDs. After their 2nd half TD to open, Auburn punted 4 straight possessions and we didn’t take advantage. I don’t need to rehash how we gifted them their last possession leading to the FG.

It really was a perfect storm. We win that game 95/100 times.

The sky’s not falling and the CFB/SEC landscape is wide open. Let’s get healthy and work on the Gators
