D is gonna have to get us some points cause our offense is stuck in the mud

That slant is killing us (relatively).

If you know your offense struggles with man to man since the USCe game why not work on that. We seem surprised by it every game and never have a plan to beat it

Coley is a ceiling.
. . . or an anchor. Pick your metaphor.
This needs to be his last season at OC.

We haven’t thrown between the hash marks. Our 3rd and mediums are seam routes and 10-12 yd outs. We have a Moran for an OC and our HC either mandates it or enables it.

Why can’t we do curl routes or something

Wheel route to the RB is wide open if we would run it. LB on Swift or Herrien is a miss match in our favor

We never text the middle of the field. I done if it because of the play calls or Fromm not having confidence to throw over the middle.

Has Coley ever heard of a quick slant?
Or a tunnel screen, or a crossing route, etc.

Would love to see more of those types of routes from our receivers not named Cager

My biggest complaint is that we don’t adapt that what is/isn’t working.
If the run is being shut down, we continue to run it. When the passing game is stuck in the mud, we keep throwing it.
It’s like someone staples down whatever page of the playbook we walk in with.
