The issue is the refs don't have to try to make the right call because they just assume replay will catch it for them. But sometimes it doesn't. It's happened twice in this game

Guy dropped the catch but TN ran the next play so fast they couldn't review it. Field ref blew it.

The field ref was standing right in front of that play ten yards away. There's no way he could have seen it completed. Sounds like he gave him the catch intentionally.

1st and ten...Dobbs throws over the middle. Obvious incomplete pass, refs say it was a catch, gains about 6 yards. UTk hurries up and runs a play, refs blow whistle in the middle of that second play, stop the play, and review.
They end up reviewing the second pass and say it wwas incomplete. So instead of 2nd and 10 it was 3rd and 4 and UTk converts
